Coronado

The Coronado is a cosy little hotel in a quiet location close to the Zurich Irchel University, a 10-minute tram ride from the centre of Zurich, the airport and the main train station.

Each of the 40 rooms is non-smoking, nicely furnished and most of them are air-conditioned.

Every morning the rich breakfast buffet provides for a good start. The restaurant La Golondrina's chefs Mr. Appaydin and Mr. Pizzuto prepare delicious Italian dishes. Every weekday for lunch and dinner a reasonably priced 3-course set menu is offered. Try the speciality of the house, the incomparable home-made ravioli, stuffed with boletus, veal or spinach!

Just across the street there is a beautiful park with a biotope, a jogging path and benches, inviting you to relax in lush green surroundings.

The trams 7, 9, 10 and 14 stop right in front of the house, providing for easy access to all points in Zurich. Various stores are easy reachable on foot. Besides that the hotel also offers a shuttle bus transfer from and to the airport at a reasonable charge.

New: Tram 10 goes directly from the airport to the hotel (stop Milchbuck)!

The hotel does not have disabled access.

Besides that we also offer a shuttle bus - transfer from and to the airport for a reasonable charge.
